While I was talking to my senior pastor about my call to ministry, I saw a flight of five -53's (that's my old helicopter, and I miss flying!) pass by out his window on their way to Yuma. That is definitely going to be in the movie of my life.

I'm up to 14 laps this week. My swim goal is to be able to do 20 laps without stopping. That's 1000m. Once I swam a mile without stopping, in a flight suit. It took over an hour, and I breast-stroked almost the whole thing.

I am unaccountably nervous about going up to visit Claremont School of Theology on Thursday.

My dog looks like Falkor the luckdragon when she sticks her head out the window at speeds greater than 45 mph. I love that ridiculous, adorable dog to distraction.
